A unique Cabernet Sauvignon from the Penedes region of Spain. This wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts and sees only clay amphorae for fermentation and aging--no oakiness here! A light streak of volatile acidity runs through this wine, giving it a wildness and edge not normally found in Cabernet. Definitely a must-try for seekers of interesting and unique natural wine!
