Nectar is a sugar-rich liquid produced in plants called nectaries, either within the flowers with which it attracts pollinating animals, or by extrafloral nectaries, which provide a nutrient source. Common nectar-consuming pollinators include bees and butterflies, but also moths, hummingbirds, and bats. Minneapolis is thriving with native deciduous plants that are ripe with nectar. Local honey sources are used as ingredients into this craft beer.

Made with the same original secret recipe since 1824, the world famous Angostura® aromatic bitters remains the quintessential and definitive ingredient for classic and contemporary cocktails. Its versatility, however, stretches way beyond the bar counter as it serves as a unique flavour enhancer with the ability to marry flavours in the preparation of all food dishes. Angostura® aromatic bitters also adds its unmistakable flavour and aroma to 'soft' beverages and desserts.
Angostura® orange bitters is made from the peels of sun-ripened Caribbean oranges grown in lush, green orchards located in Trinidad. These oranges are hand-picked by select citrus growers and harvested only within the rainy season to ensure ultimate freshness and taste. Clear and with an unparalleled depth of flavour, Angostura® orange bitters is an exotic and versatile bitters that works incredibly well with vodka, gin and whisky, and adds real depth of flavour to rum cocktails. Its complexity and layers of flavours also makes it a culinary must-have ingredient. World renowned chefs have found that it works particularly well in savoury sauces, it complements seafood dishes, and marries well with chocolate.
This juicy, jammy Zinfandel delivers appealing black raspberry, black cherry, spice, vanilla, cocoa and cinnamon notes.
The name is derived from the battle (“bataille”) that took place where the château and vineyard are today during the Hundred Years’ War, around 1453. In this battle, the French re-conquered the neighboring Château Latour from the English, a crucial point for ending the 300 year long reign of the English in Aquitaine. The vineyards spread out over 57 hectares with the average vine age being 40 years old. The soil is silica and gravel, but the heart of the vineyard is on a deep gravel bed over a subsoil of clay and sandstone. There are also some parcels located in between Château Latour and Pichon Lalande. Bold and fruity, this is a black-currant-flavored wine with soft tannins. In this vintage, the crisp acidity has also kicked in to give the wine its lift and to balance the ripe flavors.
A finely knit Champagne, defined by well-cut acidity that frames notes of Asian pear, white cherry, slivered almond and fleur de sel. The mousse shows a lovely creamy viscosity. Hints of citrus and spice emerge on the finish. Drink now through 2028.

This is a dark, wintery and richly etched red wine that delivers bold intensity and tight tannic firmness. In fact, the tannins offer an extra point of astringency in this slightly cooler vintage. This is a dark and brooding red wine that needs time to evolve and soften.
Domaine Blain-Gagnard is well-known as an excellent source for Chassagne-Montrachet rouge. This is an old-vine co-fermentation of Carignan, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Semillon. The result is a medium+ bodied, fragrant wine, rich in fruit, dense yet not heavy texture, bright flavors, and a solid backbone. The attack is mild and gentle, with juicy, spicy/flowery notes, leading to more grip and assertive, earthy/animal tones as it travels on to the back of the palate . This one definitely has a good aging potential (15+ years), although it’s very accessible and inviting from right now.

Wild vanilla and white peach intermingle in this substantial wine, entirely well-composed in round layers of tropical pineapple and juicy citrus. The oak is subtle and gives the finish a lift, accenting the vanilla.
