This is a pale, lighter bodied ale that is smooth, clean and refreshing. Additions of honey give this a sweeter character as it is fermented clean. It is brewed with 3 different malts and copious amounts of honey added at the end of the batch. Enjoy this year round. Nectar is a sugar-rich liquid produced in plants called nectaries, either within the flowers with which it attracts pollinating animals, or by extrafloral nectaries, which provide a nutrient source. Common nectar-consuming pollinators include bees and butterflies, but also moths, hummingbirds, and bats. Minneapolis is thriving with native deciduous plants that are ripe with nectar. Local honey sources are used as ingredients into this craft beer.
A New England Style IPA brewed with Amarillo, Centennial, Chinook, Citra and Simcoe Hops, which are all added in the whirlpool and fermenter. This white wine is fermented in stainless steel and results in a brilliant, straw-yellow color; the nose offers aromas of fresh fruit with a dominance of notes of apple, pear, pineapple and melon; the taste is balanced, with a long finish with good persistence of dried apricot.
The Alois Lageder Pinot Grigio is produced using biodynamic viticulture. It has a brilliant straw yellow color with a green shimmer. Quite pronounced and expressive aroma with flowery and somewhat spicy notes. Rich flavored in the mouth, with a slight smokiness at the back and a good, fresh finish.

Petillant is a vi d'agulla, a charming and slightly frizzante wine from the Penedès region of Spain. Its name means "wine with a prickle" and is intended as a fresh, summertime wine. This 80-20 blend of Sylvaner and Pinot Blanc is the perfect apertif wine. Pale yellow, it exudes fresh aromas of tart white peach and yellow apple. The palate is balanced and dry, with honeyed apple and melon notes.
The Bordeaux Blanc of Château Ducasse is very different from others in its appellation: The winemaker blends a high proportion of Sémillon (60%) and a splash of Muscadelle (5%) with Sauvignon Blanc (35%), creating a rich, full, aromatic mid-palate to complement the clean finish. This ultra rare specialty from Champagne is a blend of half brandy made from Champagne and half grape juice from the region. The Dumangin is then aged for seven years in a combination of vessels including used Crozes-Hermitage barrels. The result is a semi sweet aperitif cut from the same mold as Pineau de Charentes. Ratafia almost never makes it out of Champagne and seeing it in Paris would be exceptional, but in the states it is almost a miracle to get some.

Lemon pith, quince and quinine notes – all ranking very high on the thirst-quenching scale. The palate is a bit fuller and a touch riper, though not much. The overall feel here is direct, crisp and refreshing. The Elbling grape is one of Europe’s oldest and provides great, high-acid and, at least in this wine, generous mineral structure. It’s a joyous wine, perfect for Summertime!
Hollyhock Lodge is a super small production project by Tim Fulnecky that focuses on Gamay. This wine is made the same way one would make Pinot Noir with no carbonic maceration. Soft and fresh with strawberries, mineral and subtle spice.
