Bereche & Fils Brut Reserve NV
Rich and toasty, with gorgeous mid-palate breadth, the Brut Réserve is a model of total precision and class. Even with all of its resonance, the Brut Réserve is incredibly pure and crystalline. Dried apricots, flowers, chamomile, pear and lightly honeyed notes meld into the finish.
Beringer White Zinfandel
Grape skins are left in contact with juice for three hours resulting in a light blush color. Then a slow, cool fermentation is used to preserve the grape's natural fruit aromas and flavors. Abundant fresh strawberry and melon flavors are highlighted by a vibrant, sweet citrus finish.

Bernard Fouquet Sparkling Vouvray Brut NV
Smells of ripe melons and narcissus, with a whiff of snuffed candle wick. Pineapple and lime join the melons on a juicy, delicate palate, with hints of salt as well as pungent citrus zest and smoke adding to the invigoration conveyed by a fine stream of bubbles.
Bernard Rondeau Bugey Cerdon
Brimming with fresh strawberries and red raspberries tinged with lemon zest and salt, it displays subtle creaminess alongside its fresh fruit vivacity and fine mousse, and refreshes simply, yet with impressive persistence and less obvious sweetness than most wines of its ilk. Enjoy it on its own anytime or with fruits or cheeses.
Bernardus Chardonnay - Monterey 2018
The perfect expression of Monterey Chardonnay showing complex aromas of ripe apple and pear accented by notes of crème brûlée. On the palate, the texture is rich and full-bodied, exhibiting intense flavors which mirror the aromas along with notes of citrus, fig and mineral, supported by a long, crisp finish.
Berthier Coteaux du Giennois 2016
Crisp and fresh, this is a soft style of Sauvignon Blanc that brings out pineapple and apricot flavors as much as herbaceousness. A streak of lemon and pink grapefruit acidity is well integrated into the riper fruits. The aftertaste adds bright acidity to the mix.
Berthier Sancerre VV Sur Silex 2019
This crisp, clean old vine Sancerre has a bright straw color with green glints. The clean, racy nose reveals hints of grapefruit, white flowers and flintiness. On the palate, the attack is full and silky, with underlying freshness.
Bevan Cellars Ontogeny 2018
Explosive notes of crème de cassis, lavender and huckleberries give the wine a luxurious fruit component. The mouthfeel is all about controlled power, the tannins come in waves, but they hit with incredible grace.
Bevan Cellars Proprietary Red Sugarloaf 2018
Sugarloaf Mountain Proprietary Red Wine can be described in one word: consistent. Vintage to vintage, the wines are very similar, offering notes of cocoa, espresso, flowers and blackberry. The wine is super round and complex with an incredible finish.
Bianchi New Age White NV
A light yellowish green colored wine, with fruity and floral aromas of great intensity. Balanced acidity leads to soft, semi-sweet and slightly effervescent flavors and mouth feel. Lots of fresh citrus on the palate. It is an extremely refreshing and vivacious wine.
Big House Usual Suspect Cabernet [3L]
The Usual Suspect Cabernet Sauvignon is a bomba de fruta, replete with a vibrant and enticing nose that draws the drinker to a very Big House state of mind. This Cabernet Sauvignon was coolly fermented and aged in neutral oak to give it a unique profile. We then added a soupçon of Grenache to this Cab to exercise its aromatic potential. Bang on the bars of the cell — the Warden welcomes in our newest inmate.
Big Table Farm Chardonnay Wild Bee 2018
This wine smells like warm apple pie and waxy white flowers. When you take your first sip there is an explosion of acidity that brings the pallet to life. Granny Smith apples are balanced with nuttiness and warm dough. The finish is bright and the acid lets you savor the apple, lemon and yeasty notes. This wine has a dry focused mouthwatering finish.
Billecart-Salmon [1.5L] Brut Nature NV
A sophisticated wine (a blend of the three Champagne grapes), this is a new release from this producer. It is dry, but the ripeness of the fruit offers a fine balance with the crisp, green-apple texture. Let this bottling age a few months and drink from 2021.
Billecart-Salmon Blanc De Blanc
Pale yellow. Intense, mineral-accented aromas of citrus fruits, pear, honeysuckle and iodine, with a toasty overtone gaining strength with aeration. Dry and sharply focused, offering vibrant lime and bitter pear skin flavors and a touch of honey. Puts on weight with air and finishes with excellent clarity, power and mineral-driven persistence.

Billecart-Salmon Brut Reserve NV
The aromas are primarily of pear and blackberry with hints of cut hay. Light and refined with a touch of citrus on the finish. Billecart-Salmon is one of the few remaining Champagne houses to be owned by the original family since it was established in 1818 by Nicolas-Francois Billecart. Most of Billecart-Salmon's fruit comes from its own vineyard, though it is supplemented with grapes purchased from the Marne Valley and the Montagne de Reims.
Billecart-Salmon Brut Rose NV
Critics agree that the Billecart-Salmon NV Brut Rose is among the best Brut Rose Champagnes available at any price. Brut Roses are rising in popularity, and the Billecart-Salmon is a perfect example why this is the case. Not only is it a stunning shade of pink, but nearly all reviews also say it's long on flavor. Critics praise its complexity, noting it tastes of strawberry, brioche, cherry, coconut and tangerine.
Billecart-Salmon Sous Bois NV
A radiant yellow crystalline appearance with golden glints brought to life by a luminous stream of persistent, fine bubbles. A burst of flavours (notes of grilled brioche and toffee) thanks to the distinguished power and maturity which is a mark of any great wine of Champagne.
Binzamanna Cannonau Rentiles 2018
Lusty but elegant wine, intense and brilliant red color, dry warm and full flavour characteristic of cannonau grapes.
