On the palate, the texture is rich and full-bodied, exhibiting intense flavors which mirror the aromas along with notes of citrus, fig and mineral, supported by a long, crisp finish.

Sugarloaf Mountain Proprietary Red Wine can be described in one word: consistent. Vintage to vintage, the wines are very similar, offering notes of cocoa, espresso, flowers and blackberry. The wine is super round and complex with an incredible finish.

A light yellowish green colored wine, with fruity and floral aromas of great intensity. Balanced acidity leads to soft, semi-sweet and slightly effervescent flavors and mouth feel. Lots of fresh citrus on the palate. It is an extremely refreshing and vivacious wine.

The Usual Suspect Cabernet Sauvignon is a bomba de fruta, replete with a vibrant and enticing nose that draws the drinker to a very Big House state of mind. This Cabernet Sauvignon was coolly fermented and aged in neutral oak to give it a unique profile. We then added a soupçon of Grenache to this Cab to exercise its aromatic potential. The aromas are primarily of pear and blackberry with hints of cut hay. Light and refined with a touch of citrus on the finish. Billecart-Salmon is one of the few remaining Champagne houses to be owned by the original family since it was established in 1818 by Nicolas-Francois Billecart. Most of Billecart-Salmon's fruit comes from its own vineyard, though it is supplemented with grapes purchased from the Marne Valley and the Montagne de Reims.
