This non vintage wine sparkles to the tune of a well-balanced blend; predominantly three-year-old Shiraz, aged in old French oak barrels showing wonderful smooth integrated fruit and a rich weighty texture across the palate. This is blended with a touch of younger vintage Shiraz bringing ripe juicy fruit characters to the finished product. The fruit is sourced from premium Shiraz growing regions including McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek with the result being a rich, luscious Sparkling Shiraz that is well balanced and destined to compliment pork and turkey or any occasion to celebrate!!

Having worked with Joan Sangenís for close to two decades it was a logical decision to select his estate fruit for our Black Slate Porrera. With holdings in some of the top sites in the village, including the famed Mas d’En Caçador vineyard. The Black Slate Porrera is a blend of 20-30 year old Garnatxa and Carinyena with a small addition of Cabernet Sauvignon that is aged in neutral barrels for 12 months.

Garnacha Blanca and Pedro Ximenez. A short period on the skins before pressing gives La Morera a textural quality to its apricot and herbal flavors, reminiscent of the Les Brugueres in miniature, while the soils make themselves known in the elegant and mineral backbone of the wine.

Smoky, toasty oak forms an obvious part of this full-bodied wine's personality, from the first whiff to the spicy, cedary flavors and on to the finish. Moderate tannins add texture.

The Blackbird Arise is lively and fruity with aromas of plum, nutmeg, vanilla, blackberry and coffee. Juicy notes awaken the palate with flavors of cherry and cola on first sip. A beautiful, medium bodied wine with bright ripe cherry, plum and blackberries on the mid palate. Finishes with coffee and strawberry with nice length.

With a bright approach of blueberry, black cherry, cedar, porcini mushrooms, and mint, the wine shines on the nose of this Cabernet Franc dominant blend. Wonderful richness of violets, plum and chocolate and gives way to tight grain tanins with a supple finish on the palate. This wine is captivating and will continue to develop gracefully with long term aging in the cellar.

Aromas of white fruits abound with pear and apple at the forefront. Riper in aroma than what many people think of for Sauvignon Blanc, so many are simple lime juice like concoctions, it hints at the fact that this is a noble variety.

Clear, amber color with tinges of gold; a bouquet of dried fruit, vanilla, wood and toffee with a smooth, medium-sweet finish and an excellent balance between the fruit and acidity.

A medium-dry Madeira which combines soft fruit and a dry nutty quality. Serve lightly chilled as an aperitif.

Pale, bright topaz colour with a golden tinge, fresh with dry fruit, wood and citrus flavours with a fresh and nutty persistent finish.

Best served chilled as an aperitif, this dry Madeira has soft fruit with a hint of nuttiness and a clean, crisp finish.

The elegant fruit qualities of this medium-dry Madeira make it equally suitable as an aperitif or as a dessert wine.

50% piquette blanc | 30% grüner veltliner | 20% vidal blanc. Acidulated to taste with verjus. Cloudy neon yellow color. Aromas of tart lemon, pineapple core, apricot skins. Tastes like lemonade, peach rings, pineapple and starfruit.

The aromas show generous bright fruit with a mix of strawberry, violets, dark cherry and hints of leather. Flavorful in the mouth with good body and a velvety texture, this wine shows wild strawberries and a hint of toasted French oak to complete its elegant finish.

Sleek and slender, but fleshy enough to deliver cinnamon-accented cherry flavors, showing a hint of coffee as the finish lingers. Deftly balanced.

The Amonitillado La Garrocha has spent nine years aging through the Solera system. The microclimate of the bodega produces a distinct flor that gives this sherry its unique characteristics. Very floral with sweet nut aromas. The palate is delicate and rich.

This unique and stylish twist on Sauvignon Blanc has a core of racy crispness driven by lively acidity, accented with lemon-lime aromas (no cat-grass - no worries) and citrus-passion fruit flavors. The pronounced citrus tones team with a note of toasted hazelnuts to accent the enchantingly plush mouth feel of the wine.

This is a delightfully bright, light and refreshing wine, grassy and herbal within a context of textured grapefruit and lime. It's lovely and complex with a persistence of acidity.

Bogle winemakers have crafted an expressive example of this classic varietal. Richly extracted cherry and cassis arrest the senses, holding captive on both the nose and the palate. Swiftly followed by black pepper and black olive, the supple mouthfeel fills out this full-bodied wine. Spicy American oak heightens the dense fruit, finishing with wisps of ground pepper and stellar tannins.
