Join meat monger Thomas and wine specialist Adam for a showcase of France 44’s incredible house-made sausages, charcuterie products, and fresh meat cuts, and learn which wines pair best with them. We’ll cover prep and cooking tips to elevate your grilling game this spring and summer, and give you the inside scoop on classic wines and some new, unique favorites. Attendees will get charcuterie and cured meat on their cheese plate, and receive a special event discount for France 44 meat products purchase post-event. 

Please Note: This registration is ONLY for a Zoom link; no wine/cheese included. One registration is required for each household or device used. Attendees will receive an email a few days before the class with login information, along with PDFs of any maps, information pages, or product sheets used in the class. Attendees will also receive a list of the wines that will be used in the class in order to source their own wines, if they wish.
